A: Anyone involved with the current issue (the advertisers, the photographers, the writers, and the staff) is always welcome to attend. Anyone we feature is also invited. A: Please send your suggestion for a feature article to firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us why you think our readership would be interested about what you are suggesting. Please also send the relevant contact information for a possible follow-up conversation. We appreciate your suggestions and will do our best to respond to you in a timely manner.
Q: Where is the online version of the magazine? How do I read it?
A: All back issues are archived here in PDF format. You might need to install Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) to view the magazine. Download any of the issue PDFs onto your computer’s desktop and open it to read the fine offerings of Fine Living Lancaster. If you have any trouble, please email us. Please be patient during your download … the issues can be rather large (sometimes over 100 MB) and they can take several minutes or longer (depending on whether you’re using Cable, DSL, Dialup, or 3g/4g wireless to access the internet), and also depending on server and network congestion.
Q: I am having trouble accessing the FLL website. Help!
A: Send an email to us at email@example.com. Please provide as much detail as possible, including the web browser you’re using (Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer, etc) … what type of device you’re using (Windows/Mac, Smartphone, Tablet)… any error messages you might see. The more information we have to work with, the better we can assist you.
