WHAT MAKES ANNE AN INNOVATOR?
Anne is a key leader in the coworking movement in Central PA. She began her career in networking by founding The Creative House of Lancaster, helping her build the initial connections for her eventual creation of The Candy Factory. At a micro-level, The Candy Factory facilitates business growth and personal development, and at a macro-level, the coworking members contribute to the economic success within our community. Anne, along with her team (The Sweet Core), have aided in building a strong entrepreneurial community. The Candy Factory now offers several workshops and community building events, such as Cultivate Lancaster and the Kick-Ass Female Entrepreneurial Community. Anne firmly believes in each member’s personal success and has created an inspiring, connected environment to make it all possible.
WHAT DOES ANNE’S FUTURE LOOK LIKE?
The Candy Factory itself is going through many changes, and Anne is behind the facilitation of all. Effective September 2016, The Candy Factory will have four additional floors in the Lancaster Storage Co. tower, packing on an extra 4,000 square feet of dedicated workspace, providing even more workspace for full time members, smaller breakout rooms, showers and lockers, a podcast room, a private photo/video studio, and additional meeting space. Anne looks forward to all future internal growth and success for the members of her incredible business.
