Unique Cocktails Abound At Greenfield Restaurant & Bar

Caitt Fetter, bartender at the family owned Greenfield Restaurant in Lancaster, is no newbie to serving up some of your favorite drinks. Although the restaurant is already known for their extensive wine list, Caitt enjoys the challenge of adding creative seasonal, local and personally inspired cocktails to the list. Arriving just in time for longer days and warmer weather, the Lemongrass Mojito and White Wine Spritzer are two of the lighter concoctions to be added to the menu, both carrying interesting floral notes as well as hints of herbal elements. Interestingly, both drinks use a white balsamic vinegar as one of their key ingredients, crafted nearby at The Olive Basin at Kitchen Kettle Village. These artisanal diversions from the time tested cocktail lineup are what makes Greenfield Restaurant’s cocktails so unique while also keeping it accessible. “I’m so excited to try out these various flavored balsamics in some of the new cocktails and even more excited on getting feedback on them from our guests.” says Caitt. “If it’s a hit, like I hope it will be, I will definitely continue to use them in the future!”
