Willow Yoga Studio Helps You Grow Your Practice

Grow your yoga practice and leadership skills with the Create Karma training at Willow Yoga Studio!

Whether you aspire to be a yoga teacher or not, this training will provide personal growth in your yoga practice, as well as in other wellness-related aspects of your life. 

Over the course of nine weekends, you’ll move your body, explore self-inquiry, and participate in team-building activities to practice and hone your unique leadership style. Upon completion, you’ll discover your skills and voice as a yoga teacher and flex your newly discovered leadership strengths in support of your community. 

Plus, we’ll walk you through all the requirements to receive your 200 hour yoga certification from Yoga Alliance.

“We are super excited to offer our first 200 hour yoga teacher training,” said Monica Kirchner, co-owner and instructor at Willow Yoga Studio. “Leah, my co-owner, and I have been working with Create Karma and their yoga/leadership training for the past five years.”

Kirchner continued, “Now we are taking all that we learned and offering it through Willow Yoga Studio. The transformation and growth that comes out of this program is amazing. You will not only learn how to teach yoga, you will find your voice as a leader. My journey through the training helped me to have the confidence to start a new yoga studio, which has helped me to bring more people into health and wellness.” 

Those interested in the program can attend a free info session on Saturday, April 2, 2022 from 11 AM to 12 PM at Willow Yoga Studio (25 Nolt Avenue, Willow Street). Attendees will hear from people who have taken the training and learn about their experiences.
