Celebrate New Year’s Eve with Gracie’s on West Main! They will be doing tasting menus featuring Pennsylvania wine & spirits. Here’s what you need to know…

They will be offering 2 seatings at 5:30pm & 8:00pm
Reservations and pre-paid tickets required

2 Menu Options:

Option #1: 7 course tasting menu – $48.00

Option #2: 9 course tasting menu – $68.00

**They are a BYOB establishment, other drinks will be additional.

The Menu:

Each course will feature a different Pennsylvania wine, spirit, or beer

1st Course: Cacio e Pepe
Thick spaghetti tossed in a black pepper, parmesan, Nissley Vineyards Vidal Blanc sauce. Served on a fork in a parmesan tuile.

2nd Course: Table side Bohemian Panzanella Salad Flambé
Our take on a classic rustic bread salad featuring picked fennel, cherry tomatoes, Locatelli, purple cabbage & tossed with with a table side prepared roasted garlic, red pepper & Vieux Carre Absinthe vinaigrette.

3rd Course: Tortellini
White fish & tarragon tortellini with Dad’s Hat Rye Whiskey lobster cream sauce.

4th Course: Duck Duo
Smoked duck apple sausage & duck rillettes both featuring 8 Oaks Authentic Apple Jack with a apple snitz, fresh cranberry & Clover Hill Holiday wine chunt.y

5th Course: Salmon Wellington
Only on the 9 course Option
Nova Scotia cold water salmon, spice rubbed and pecan smoked wrapped in puff pastry with creamed spinach and finished with a cream sauce featuring Clover Hill Sparkling Chambourin

6th Course: Double Smoke Ham Hock Osso bucco
Only on the 9 course Option
Yuengling lager braised hams hoch served over white beans cooked with roasted garlic & Waltz vineyards Moscato

7th Course: Yards brewery washington’s reserve bourbon barrel aged porter braised USDA Choice short ribs served with September Farm Honey Brook 6 year Extra Sharp Cheddar. Au Gratin Potatoes
