This Summer at Nikki’s Custard
This year marks our first summer at Nikki’s Custard, and we’re over the moon. We are a modern twist on traditional "Mom & Pop" custard shops, as we are a Mom & Daughter shop — AKA woman-owned and family-run. Our amazing Lancaster community has really shown us lots of love since we opened, and they’ve shared with their family and friends that we are here!
This summer and beyond, we encourage you to stop by to try our freshly-made, specialty Daily Flavor. And, of course, our classic chocolate and vanilla custards are always ready for you.
We offer 12 different sauces to choose from each day, including our own banana, blueberry, mango, strawberry, sour cherry, and raspberry flavors. These fruit sauces are simply made — using just fruit, organic sugar, and lemon juice. Of course, we also serve classics, like peanut butter, dark and milk chocolate, and two types of caramel. Plus: Depending on the month, you can top your treat with Nutella, marshmallow cream, or hot fudge!
Once you’ve made your sauce selection, you’ll move onto toppings. These include everything from cookie dough and oreo crumb, to chocolate chips and sprinkles, to nuts and so much more.
We want everyone who walks through our doors to find a treat that they absolutely love. Need vegan or gluten-free soft serve options? Nikki's Custard has those, too.
We’ve been so thrilled to see our customers sharing their favorite combinations with us. It truly makes our day! Blueberry Lemon Cobbler Swirl, Creamy Peanut Butter Cup, Banana Nutter Butter, and – oh – who can forget our Cake Batter? Our rotating flavors come in and out of the shop every 30-45 days, so you’ll definitely get another chance to enjoy your favorite. And who knows? Maybe you’ll find another delicious fave in the meantime.

New for us this summer, we’re getting ready to open our mobile ordering window. We’re hopeful that all permits and construction will be completed this season, so stay tuned!
