My Real Estate Philosophy

My Real Estate Philosophy

The process of buying or selling a home is often an experience that will bring feelings of excitement and hope—but sometimes some anxiety, as well. When I first began my career in real estate in 2006 with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Lancaster, I could relate to the swirl of emotions clients often felt as they entered the time-intensive process of buying or selling a home.

When the real estate market collapsed two years later, the added uncertainty and pressures of a volatile market forced me to reevaluate my approach to my business. Throughout the process, my clients want to feel like someone is on their team—someone who has their best interests at heart. Someone who is truly connected to the community and has an appreciation for their unique circumstances and life stories. In my work, I’ve developed friendships that endure to this day, with folks from all walks of life.

Today, I focus on building strong, long-lasting relationships with my clients in the same way that I build friendships. In addition to my expertise in real estate, my clients have come to expect an open line of communication and constant honesty. And that’s why I’m committed to a referral-based business, one in which my clients know me and trust me to help their family, friends, loved ones and colleagues.
